I don't just teach relaxation. I integrate biofeedback directly into evidence-based therapy — including exposure work, acceptance-based approaches, and mindfulness — so the body and mind are treated together.

Real-time physiological measurement — heart rate variability, muscle tension, skin conductance, temperature, breathing — complements your story and helps us see patterns that words alone sometimes miss.

Biofeedback

Multimodal biofeedback — HRV, EMG, skin conductance, temperature, capnometry — to help you learn to regulate your body's stress response. Available in-office or integrated into remote therapy via HRV biofeedback.

Comprehensive Stress Physiology Evaluation

A detailed assessment of your autonomic nervous system, your stress reactivity and recovery patterns, and the psychological factors that may be keeping stress chronic — delivered as a personalized report with a treatment roadmap.
